I am a lover of God, people, animals, athletics and the great outdoors! I’ve been told I am compassionate, loving, “safe”, inspiring and a great listener. These are just a few of my core

My business partners and I own the Breakthrough Coaching Center , a virtual coaching center comprised of certified health, life & executive coaches and child life specialists trained to help our clients remove blocks, re-align, and pave the path to become the most authentic and best version of themselves. As a Dream Manager® and certified life & health coach, it is my passion to provide support, create breakthrough, and inspire passion, purpose, connection and hope one person at a time.

I am a former Ohio State Varsity tennis player, and dang, do I wish I would have had the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in my teenage years - college years! What it could have done to my confidence and performance! I am excited to share the love of God with young athletes and students!

When I’m not coaching or delighting with family and friends, you’ll find me hiking, biking, swimming, playing tennis, skiing or something outside!
